How long does it take to implement ADAP?
How long approximately does it take to implement and run ADAP within a company? We are currently using spreadsheet for scheduling. Would it take longer to implement in a company like us?

- It takes six month typically, from implementation to full-scale operation. The interface is mainly in tabular forms, and data import can be easily done from spreadsheet.
Most of our customers spend approximately six month for consolidating master data, learning the system, and training users. The implementation and introduction can be carried out step by step, gradually shifting from the legacy approach. If you accommodate a mild transition, even a conservative staff member at a production site would accept the change.
For those who use spreadsheet for scheduling, ADAP interface would seem familiar and it won't require long period of time till you get used to the system.
